Each call an inmate makes to you is $1.50TT and is charged to the Bmobile prisoner’s calling account.

• Get the inmate’s phone account number
• Go to the nearest Bmobile store
• In the cashier line, ask to add money to an inmate phone account
• Provide inmate phone account number and amount to load plus fee
• Calling is a privilege and there is not a consistent time so staying by the phone during day hours is the only way to guarantee you will receive the call
• You cannot call a prisoner, they can only call you

• Provide Inmate Name & Facility Address on envelope
• Example:
  John Henry (Prisoner)
  Maximum Security Prison – Remand
  Waterloo Extension
  Golden Grove Road
• Letter will be reviewed by staff and forwarded to the prisoner once approved
• Be careful of what you write – don’t include any details you would mind a stranger reading or the police

Rise FM is the prison broadcasting station and you can listen as well. There is a number to leave voice notes to get played over the radio. I have not received confirmation on when the messages are played, but will keep you posted!
